SHIPPING POLICY
Behrent's Speed Center, Inc will have your product shipped to you by the best method available for your specific needs. You have the option of UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day, UPS Three Day or UPS Ground shipping. United Parcel Service does not deliver packages on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges are added to your order after the order has been packaged.. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the size of your package and the total weight of all the items in your order. Same Day Shipping is generally available on orders placed by 3:00 p.m. EST Mon - Fri, if the product is in stock at the time the order is received. No shipping is done on Saturday or Sunday. Note: Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. There is no returns of electrical parts or parts that are not in "resellable" condition. When returning a product please call our sales staff (845) 651-7389 before returning the product to get a Return Authorization Number. If a product is returned without a return number the returns dept. will not process your package.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Behrent's Speed Center, Inc. reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases on Behrents.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be authorized upon processing your order, and will be billed prior to shipment.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from the manufacturers, Behrent's Speed Center, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Behrent's Speed Center, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Behrent's Speed Center, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
